We spend a good portion of our life moving. Exercise is simply intentional movement. Movement is necessary and if we are going to move we should be intentional about it. We move from point A to point B because, either point A has something we don’t want, or point B has something we do. This movement is typically driven out of fear, danger, exploration, desire or a combination of all of these. The guiding light is that we move intentionally. We must apply this same logic to exercise and fitness. Am I simply moving to move or am I am moving intentionally with direction to my goal? What is your goal...and have you decided to intentionally get there?Abraham Lincoln said "give me six hours to chop down a tree and I’ll spend the first four sharpening the axe". This course is that first four hours. It will help set a foundation for you to be able to get more out of the workouts at Grit Fitness than you ever thought possible.
