What is Grit Fitness...

GRIT - Perseverance and passion for long term goals.

At Grit Fitness we take a different approach to fitness than most gyms. From experience we've learned that to have success and keep it with fitness, or anything in life for that matter, there is one key character trait that is more important than any other. Yep. You guessed it. GRIT. We also believe that if you lack GRIT it can be developed over time. We emphasize this in our classes and teaching philosophy.

Our passion for fitness comes from Obstacle Course Racing. It's one of the fastest growing sports in the nation and even worldwide. If you've never done an obstacle race/mud run or if you've done ten, GRIT FITNESS is here to help you achieve the best health of your life. And we welcome all ages and fitness levels. We think fitness shoud be fun and should make you a better person in every area of your life. Fitness IS a way of life. With Grit Fitness you get more than just a gym to sweat in for an hour a day. You get to be apart of a team. A group of people heading in the same direction, making constant goals, and holding each other accountable.
